I’m on the move! I left North Carolina, my home of 6 years after completing my doctorate, and started a postdoctoral research position at the Appalachian Fruit Research Station (USDA-ARS) in Kearneysville, WV in January 2021. I’m excited by the new projects and methods I’ll be working on!

I am an applied ecologist who mainly works on invasive species at the intersection of agriculture and conservation. These two fields are often at odds with each other, but the goals of my research are to maximize agricultural production without sacrificing the health and abundance of non-pest species.
